Marketing Customer Service Specialist

Our client in the Triad is a leader in the real estate and retail marketplace. They are currently looking for a tech savvy and customer focused individual to join their Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for a new grad who is interested in getting their foot in the door with a company that values growth and development.

Marketing Customer Service Specialist Compensation

  • $18 an hour


Marketing Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities

  • Use data entry skills to fulfill, activate, process, and maintain an inventory of memberships, rewards, gift card orders, and coupon books.
  • Act as a liaison for the Virtual Shopper Program by managing requests, routing customers, and ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Apply attention to detail to managing customer profiles and web order corrections
  • Utilize organizational skills to package and ship large quantities of orders
  • Exercise problem-solving skills to provide feedback on how to improve the order submission, credit card payment process, and overall customer experience

 

Marketing Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience necessary
  • Previous order processing and data entry experience preferred
  • Ability to navigate mobile technology (Apps and Text communications)
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively
  • Maintain a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule is required (including rotating weekends)
