Administrative Assistant Summary
Our client is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant. The admin assistant will direct incoming phone calls, organize and file paperwork, and perform data entry for accounting reports. This is a contract to hire position offering full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary insurances. 

Location: 100% onsite Greensboro, NC
Pay: $16/hr

Administrative Assistant Duties
  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Collate and distribute mail
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Administrative Assistant Requirements 
  • 2 years of Administrative experience in an office setting
  • Good time management
  • Handling of confidential information
  • Phone etiquette
  • Computer experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Memo, Access
  • Good problem solving skills, ability to multi-task, detail oriented, and a team player
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
