Pay and Benefits

  • $16-$19/hour

Inbound Logistics Administrator Responsibilities:

  • IB Delivery creation for all Centers
  • Audit import bills from Freight Forwarder
  • Investigate and confirm inbound shipments
  • Posting of Supplier and Freight Carrier Invoices
  • Create spreadsheets and maintain Metrics
  • SmartSheet creation
  • Domestic and International transportation knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of Logistics department processes
  • Communication with carriers and freight forwarder(s) by email or phone
  • LTL and Container scheduling for all DC locations
  • Customer Service Duties with internal and external customers
  • Other duties that may be assigned consist of International Imports, negotiating contracts with carriers, proficient in the shipping software processes and Export specialist.

Inbound Logistics Administrator  Qualifications 

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SAP experience
  • Must have Microsoft experience and be proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of transportation terms in domestic and international shipping.
  • Strong computer and communication skills
