HR Service Center Representative
CRG has recently launched a search for one of our billion-dollar, globally dominant, clients. This client, who specializes in the beverage manufacturing company, is looking for a detail oriented customer service professional to join their team. This person will be responsible to providing HR-related support via phone and email communication.
Opportunity: Long-term contract (with potential to move into full-time roll by applying to positions internally once nearing contract end.)
Location: training on-site, then REMOTE until 2022 when hybrid schedule will begin.
Pay/Compensation: $18.00/hourly on contract!
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Provides accurate and timely information and resolution to employees who correspond with the HR Contact Center
- Informs employees of Company policies Offers professional customer service at the highest level
- Manages a fluctuating workload in a dynamic work environment
- Tracks all forms of contact information in an internal database, while utilizing multiple software applications to assist employees
- Processes alpha / numeric data entry of confidential employee information into systems Provides HR Records Management assistance as required
Experience/Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR administrative, generalist or related experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Proven ability to work swiftly but conscientiously to serve the needs of employees while remaining attentive to others in queue
- Strong problem solving skills including experience handling disheartened or angry callers in a professional manner
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize Excellent keyboard, proofreading and editing skills Basic MS Office application experience
