Corporate Recruiter

Summary: CRG has recently launched a search for a bilingual Corporate Recruiter to join a rapidly growing client of ours. The right person for this role will have light industrial agency experience and the ability to work on multiple roles at once! 

Opportunity: Contract - Hire

Compensation: $30-$35/hour

Hours: 8-5 M-F

Responsibilities: 

• Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements for light industrial jobs.
• Utilize Indeed and Snagajob job boards to source resumes.
• Review resumes to make sure they match job descriptions, phone screen and interview candidates, and administer assessments.
• Manage all job requisitions, including posting of open positions internally and externally.

• Bilingual
• High volume recruiting experience
• Experience working for a Light Industrial Agency
• Experience recruiting hourly blue collared type of positions/Maintenance type of positions
• Experience Recruiting and onboarding
