Position: Voice Network Engineer- ADM
Work Location: Remote (Candidate can be remote for the duration of the assignment)
Duration: 6+ month contract
Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5)
Payrate: $75 per hour / W2 only / No C2C

DESCRIPTION
The engineer will be responsible for assisting with all the SIP migration process end to end, from analyzing trunk-groups, erlangs, CCPs to move to Circuit migration Voice engineer with experience in number porting and circuit migrations. This is not a PBX configuration Role. The Telecom Engineer will be responsible for a SIP migration project.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years experience in a similar role Knowledge on transitioning from carriers or services
  • Experience in Analyzing business requirements/needs
  • At least 5 years experience in Voice networking
  • Must be knowledgeable to read Telco CSR.
  • Knowledgeable of PBX (Avaya,Cisco,Mitel)
  • Experienced identifying lines and circuits at the DEMARK.
  • Familiar with legacy services (ie BRI and Centrex)
  • Experience with decommissioning services
  • Familiarity with porting process
  • Experience in BRD, vHLD and vLLD
  • This is not a configuration role

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in network engineering or related fields
  • Systems Engineer or related

CERTIFICATION:

  • CCNA certification preferred
