Senior Financial Analyst

Summary: We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for a well-known, established, and value-centered Consumer Products/ Manufacturing company located in Lancaster, SC. This role will involve budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial data analysis, cost/benefit analyses, creating operational and financial models, and driving process improvements. Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 + 5-8% Bonus

Location: Onsite in Lancaster, SC (Only 20 minutes from Waxhaw, 30 mins from Ballantyne, NC, and 40 mins from Fort Mill,  SC)

Hours: 8:30am – 5pm with flexibility

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and explain variances to management.
• Create financial and operational models to allow us to benchmark processes and measure improvement over time.
• Analyze financial data for both the operating and administrative areas of the company.
• Create reporting that supports company operations and decision making.
• Develop budget methodology for operating and administrative functions.
• Perform cost/benefit analyses of projects and measure ROI for specific projects.
• Develop and or refine existing financial and/or management reports for sales and marketing departments.
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the company.
• Collaborate with the team during the design, implementation and ongoing use and maintenance systems, including SAP.
• Perform other assigned duties as may be required in meeting company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience, including developing budgets, forecasts, operational and financial models.
• Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution and/or Consumer Products (CPG) background is desired
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Experience with BI Reporting Tools (Tableau, Oracle BI, etc.)
• ERP experience required, SAP is preferred
• Excellent analytical skills, as well as written and oral communication skills
• MUST be able to work onsite in Lancaster, SC M-F
