- Read technical documents and drawings
- Resolve complex technical design issues
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints via telephone or in person
- Maintain knowledge of US Furniture Industry and cabinets
- Support product manager
Product Support Specialist Requirements
- Carpenter or cabinet maker background
- US Furniture industry knowledge
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Knowledge of MS-Office
- Confident communicative appearance for customers
- Willingness to travel
