Media Project Coordinator

Job Description: CRG recently launched a search with our large retail client with over $150B in annual revenue which operates (either directly or through its subsidiaries) 2,750 locations and maintains markets in 35 states for a Media Project Coordinator. The Media Project Coordinator will focus on media project tracking, team efficiency, and process evolution and adherence. This position will work across the client’s Integrated Media teams and their media agency to ensure successful delivery of projects while tracking progress and due dates across all deliverables.

Opportunity: 6 month contract – high potential for extension and potential opportunity to convert permanent

Location: 100% Remote

Summary:

  • Implement, socialize, and train teams on project tracking systems and processes for Integrated Media and media agency, and produce data-rich documents for review and action by Integrated Media Leadership
  • Partner with teams to establish, maintain, and distribute project deliverables timelines across key stakeholders and teams
  • Capture and report business impacts across all projects due to delays, unclear, incomplete, or changing direction, etc. for actionable improvement across Integrated Media Team and/other Marketing Centers of Excellence and Lines of Business
  • Lead efforts to resolve project and campaign conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths with key stakeholders
  • Seek ongoing feedback from Integrated Media Leadership, partner to identify process gaps, and develop recommendations to streamline/automate work and reduce high touch manual tasks
  • Manage for all other assigned projects to ensure they are on track and gaining organizational support and identify and solve for roadblocks/gaps
  • Report progress routinely to supervisor
  • Prepare and distribute routine progress reports to department leadership

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience managing projects through Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar tools
  • Proven problem solving and superb organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, people, diplomacy, and time management skills are required
  • Innovative, detail oriented, strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Results oriented, comfort with change and complexity, and rapid learner
  • Marketing or Media Experience highly preferred
