Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition
Job Description: CRG is searching for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for a cutting edge, fast growing client located in Mooresville, NC. The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing a recruitment strategy and KPIs, driving the day to day full cycle recruitment process for all hiring, while also functioning as the lead in bringing in top talent to the organization.
Location: Mooresville, NC
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5-pm
Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000
Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, this role will evaluate, develop and implement effective staffing strategies and quality processes relative to the talent acquisition (TA) function for a rapidly growing company.
  • Lead a team of 9, including 3 Lead Recruiters and 6 Talent Coordinators.
  • Manage the TA staff in the development, identification and placement of qualified candidates. Continuously look for ways to improve the current processes while meeting the hiring needs of the company.
  • Identify and implement strategic employment branding and recruitment advertising campaigns in support of business needs.
  • Maintain and analyze reports addressing open requisition activity by recruiter, cost per hire and time to fill. Proactively identify and address areas for improvement in recruiting policies, practices and procedures.
  • Partner with the business to ensure robust offer process is in place. Extend and negotiate offers of employment to selected candidates and ensure offer letter and support documentation is generated. Process all pre-employment contingencies prior to start date.
  • Provide full life cycle recruitment services on positions.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Experience directly or indirectly leading teams of people
  • Proven ability managing staffing efforts and a recruitment strategy to meet business needs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and follow through skills
  • Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process, negotiations, closing strategies and presentation of offers.
