Digital Marketing Project Manager
6 Month Contract
Boston, MA (must be able to come onsite partially)
$60-70/hour
Responsibilities:
- We have a new product initiative for which new Digital Marketing capability needs to get put in place. We are looking for help from a project manager for 6-9 months.
- This initiative is one of the most critical upcoming product initiatives in the Grooming business.
- The project manager needs to be hand on, able to lead workshops to define some of the requirements, and drive clarity where the work is not well defined.
- We are looking for someone with strong leadership to move the work forward and put in the digital technologies and processes to drive initiative success.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of planning and delivering diverse simple to medium complexity IT projects
- Tracks the execution of project deliverables on a daily basis and participates in requirements gathering
- Establishes scope of work based on client inputs and business needs and is responsible for estimating budget and effort of the project Independently leads mid-sized projects and ensures stakeholder buy-in
- Establishes and maintains a project communication plan
- Defines phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules resources, evaluates risks and highlights dependencies
- Collects and analyses project metrics.
- Should be able to navigate and step up in ambiguous situations and manage stakeholder expectations Works with Architects, Designers, Senior Testers and Business Analysts at a technological and functional level, to ensure that the solution meets business needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in leadership role in similar industry
- PMP / Prince 2 certification
- Digital Marketing Solutions, Consumer Goods industry experience
- Experience working in the Digital Marketing domain
- Experience with warranty solutions and processes
- Experience with consumer data systems and processes
- AR experience
- Must have prior experience of working in a leadership role and has managed at least 1 or 2 mid-sized projects (11-30 FTE projects)
- Has experience working across projects involving multiple process interfaces, multiple functions/sites, and overall medium to high risk
- Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP top 10 concepts
- Hands On/ Output Focus, Leadership, Communication, Attention to Detail, Collaboration, Problem Solving, Project Planning & Execution
