Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Mooresville, NC / 100% Onsite
Salary: $130,000- $180,000

As one of the nation's fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for a self-motivated Senior Salesforce Developer who will lead the strategic vision for the Salesforce (SF) from a technical and corporate growth perspective in addition to supporting corporate initiatives prioritized by the SF Governance Team. This position will partner with the SF Governance Team to assess priorities and align on SF strategic goals. The Sr. Salesforce Developer will also set the development standards, process, and procedures for everything SF on the technology side.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to IT Director with dotted line to the Director overseeing the SF Administration side
- Leads mid-level SF Developer and oversees their work product and adherence to set SF standards, practices, and procedures.
- Respond to and resolve, CRM-related requests based on assigned deadlines.
- Experience building Salesforce solutions utilizing Lightning web components and Apex for complex business processes.
- Excellent hands-on experience of Field Service Lightning, SF Maps, APIs, Java, Apex Triggers, Classes & Visualforce, JavaScript, jQuery, Permission sets, Reports, Dashboards, Workflow, Integration experience with Salesforce API and/or Einstein helpful
- Sound understanding of Visualforce, Apex, and Field Service Lightning framework
- Play a key role in bringing new features and functionality from ideation to execution.
- Hands on experience integrating third-party applications such as Five9, Aurora, DocuSign, CallTrackingMetrics, Sonar, GetTheReferral, MS Outlook, Boomi, Zapier, NetSuite, Paycom
- Assess IT SF requests and provide estimates for the effort and time
- Establish SF Sandbox testing standards and maintain in near production state as possible for more accurate testing
- Adhere to CRM Governance Team policies
- Excellent communications and organizational skills. Able to communicate with all levels of management and Executive Team clearly, succinctly, and effectively.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience developing directly in the Salesforce Platform.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Degree in IT or business-related discipline.
- Excellent decision making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Efficient time management and propensity to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism.
- Ability to work both independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Translate high-level business discussion into detailed requirements.
- Ability to produce and manage high-quality level documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Business acumen including a good sense of how Salesforce.com can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line.
