Accounts Receivable Analyst

Summary:
A rapidly growing solar energy company in Mooresville is seeking to add a Accounts Receivable Analyst to help manage the cash applications process for the team! The Accounts Receivable Analyst must have VLookups experience in Excel and be able to work onsite in the Mooresville office daily.

Opportunity: Direct Hire

Salary: $45,000-48,000 (plus overtime pay if worked)

Location: Mooresville, NC (on-site) (30-40 minutes North of Charlotte)

Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Post payments on customer accounts in Netsuite
• Log into banking systems and pull daily deposits
• Review files and pull and manipulate data in Excel using VLookups then upload into Netsuite
• Research and reconcile payment discrepancies
• Perform daily financial transactions which include classifying, computing, posting, verifying, recording and reconciling data.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects when assigned.
• Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Cash Applications/Accounts Receivable
• Experience with ERP systems, such as Netsuite, Great Plains/Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle.
• Must have vlookups experience in Excel
• Must be a perfectionist by nature, with no tolerance for financial sloppiness.
• Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data and in the use of Excel spreadsheets.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
