Kronos Implementation Consultant

Summary
Provides support to Finance by analyzing Finance business processes and recommending solutions, including process and data modeling, business rule definition / analysis, and use case definition, resulting in documented process documentation and functional specifications. Primary areas of focus include Power BI specifications and systems integration with various systems, including, but not limited to Oracle EBS (enterprise business suite).
Responsibilities
- Organizes user acceptance testing with end users and performs user acceptance testing on system changes before they are released to the field. Performs production verification post installation and provides knowledge transfer for customers.
- Provides ongoing support for the application suite including “level 2” incident resolution, training to power users in system use, maintenance or system configuration and interface documentation, and consulting on solutions
- Performs all functions in accordance with company and department business practices and procedures.
Skills
- At least five (5) years experience supporting, implementing, and/or developing customizations for time and attendance systems (e.g., Kronos) and other HRIS-related systems / environments
- Experience integrating timekeeping systems with other systems (e.g., payroll, vendor management, business analytics)
- Experience supporting timeclocks and mobile devices as a data source for time collection
- Experience implementing and supporting large and complex employee associate environment that includes multi-country presence, various workforce classifications (e.g., permanent, hourly, temporary, contract), and multiple time rules (e.g. pay, overtime, accrual policies, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
- Experience working cross functionally, collaborating with different teams in different geographies and cultures. Ability to influence peers, managers and other department members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities
- Able to work with minimal supervision keeping management informed with timely status reports
