Behavioral Analytics Implementation Specialist
Our client is looking for an experienced Behavioral Analytics Specialist to join their team! This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys a high energy and fast-paced working environment. As a Behavioral Analytics Specialist, you will work with business partners and other stakeholders to implement the tag management strategy under the direction of the behavioral analytics implementation manager. Support the technical design, construction, delivery, and maintenance of digital implementation solutions. Location: Cincinnati, OH (remote to start)
Contract: 12 month contract to hire
W2 Pay Rate: $42-44 hourly (flexible depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance for data integrity issues, ensuring analyses and proposed recommendations are supported by the Behavioral Analytics team
- Maintain detailed documentation of data collection methods and dependencies
- Partner closely with developers and testers to implement, validate, and maintain analytics and reporting for digital channels
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate analytics tracking requirements into production cycles
- Design and implement analytical solutions to meet data collection and reporting needs, performing quality assurance checks to guarantee clean data
- Conduct audits and troubleshoot tracking gaps to maintain data confidence and implement data standardization practices
- Participate in the development of requirements for and implementation of necessary website tagging in order to properly and accurately report on relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide general troubleshooting assistance for analytics reporting and analysis
- Support a data-driven culture by educating the digital organization on daily uses of data as a resource

Desired Skills:
- 1 year of experience using leading industry analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- 1 year of experience working with tag management systems, such as Adobe DTM or Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or Ensighten
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, a focus on quality, and the ability to follow through on projects to completion
- Proficient understanding of data dimensioning and metrics and the proper use of tracking variables
- Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), and Document Object Model (DOM) manipulation
- Advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills using tools such as browser network tabs, Chrome Debugging tools, Firebug, HTTPFox, and Charles Proxy
