Corporate IT Recruiter
Summary: Our very stable and rapidly growing national client who has been around for well over a century is seeking Corporate IT Recruiters with 1-4 years of experience for 4 contract-to-hire roles! This will start out remote during Covid and eventually be on-site. Hourly Pay: $29/ hour 6 months contract-to-hire at $60-65K, possibly more

Location: Charlotte, NC, Cincinnati, OH, or Boca Raton, FL – this will start out remote during Covid and eventually be on-site
Responsibilities
• Source IT applicants from competition in both retail and nonretail environments
• Execute recruiting solutions that attract and retain talent and implement recruiting/hiring policies and programs
• Participate in networking, recruiting and diversity functions; collaborate with division recruiters to source talent at events
• Communicate job offers and rejections to candidates
• Inform division HR leaders regarding if candidates are extended job offers
• Communicate recruiting needs and strategies to the HR team in addition to the hiring managers
• Incorporate best practices in recruiting and ensure candidates and hiring managers have positive recruiting experiences and are effectively engaged throughout the process
• Assist in consulting with HR Managers and Generalists on hiring needs; support recruiting/sourcing plans to fill vacancies
• Assist in the onboarding process including development and presentation of new hire orientation, materials and for coordinating presenters
• Manage the offer letter process and initiate pre-screening tests and background checks with assistance from Onboarding Specialists
• Analyze, maintain data for the purpose of reporting and continuously assess and improve key service delivery metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hires and candidate experience
• Analyze and evaluate recruiting methods and tools for effectiveness in meeting the business needs
• Research, identify and implement future recruiting trends, strategies and best practices (processes, tools, technology) to drive high quality recruiting results
• Coordinate and deliver training programs to assist hiring managers in the interview and selection process
Requirements:
• Minimum Skills required: 1- 4 years of corporate technical recruiting experience
• Strong experience sourcing resumes from job boards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
