IT Project Manager - Agile

Our client is looking for a strong IT Project Manager to join their rapidly growing organization! This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and take true ownership of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience running IT Projects through the SDLC.

Long Term Contract / 12 months + extension

Compensation: $60-65/hour

Location: Remote, but may need to come onsite occasionally in Salisbury, NC 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full SDLC in a Hybrid Agile environment
• Manage the overall scope of work that relates to Application Development
• Drive the teams and projects to achieve the results in the necessary timeline and within budget
• Conduct daily standup and weekly meetings with key team members performing work and weekly meetings with PM team
• Provide honest and thorough feedback
• Run all projects through the full SDLC
• Independently collaborate with multiple teams

Requirements:

• Strong Agile background
• Be highly organized – will be splitting time evenly to help with 2 teams
• Have a persistent personality and strong drive to make sure team goals are being completed
• Strong decision maker
• Must over communicate and have full transparency
• 6+ years experience in project management, requirements, definition, and/or deployment of business requirements to information systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
