Loan Processor Summary

CRG has recently launched a search with a with one of the top 10 lending clients in the mortgage industry. We are looking for a 100% remote, loan processor with 2-3 years’ experience in both purchase and re-finances (residential only). This opportunity will pay between $50-60K with bonus incentives. This role requires: processing residential mortgage loans, acting as a liaison between loan officers, borrower, underwriter, and funding, ensure accuracy and completeness of loan submission and support documents as well as compliance with underwriting and investor guidelines. Responsibilities

• Monitor overall lending process and identify, resolve, and communicate issues that could impact timely closure of loans
• Order and review all 3^rd party documents, including credit checks, title reports, appraisals, tax returns, employment/assets
• Identify qualifying/program uses prior to submission to Underwriting
• Order generation of loan documents
• Obtain and verify clearance of all underwriting conditions and prepare the file for submission to closing

Requirements

• 2-3 Years’ experience
• Experience processing 30-40 loans per month
• Residential Purchase and Re-fi experience
• Detailed knowledge of conventional FHA or VA loans, including various program guidelines
