A CRG client in Greensboro, NC is looking for a Help Desk Technician to add to their growing team. This role is looking for an entry-level IT support professional for onsite and remote support. You must have good people skills as this is a customer-facing position.
Job Duties:
- Provide remote and onsite support services
- Perform laptop and server diagnosis and repair
- Conduct analysis of business network systems
- Provide technical system and user support by responding to calls, email, and personal requests for technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of PC operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with PC imaging and configuration, PC/laptop hardware
- (Preferred) Malware/ransomware/virus removal skills
- (Preferred) MCSE or CompTIA A+
- (Preferred) Experience with servers
- Must be self-motivated and organized, able to work independently and prioritize daily work
- Need to be able to handle a fast-paced and demanding environment
