A CRG client in Greensboro, NC is looking for a Help Desk Technician to add to their growing team. This role is looking for an entry-level IT support professional for onsite and remote support. You must have good people skills as this is a customer-facing position.

 

Job Duties:

  • Provide remote and onsite support services
  • Perform laptop and server diagnosis and repair
  • Conduct analysis of business network systems
  • Provide technical system and user support by responding to calls, email, and personal requests for technical support
  • Troubleshoot hardware and network issues

 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of PC operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with PC imaging and configuration, PC/laptop hardware
  • (Preferred) Malware/ransomware/virus removal skills
  • (Preferred) MCSE or CompTIA A+
  • (Preferred) Experience with servers
  • Must be self-motivated and organized, able to work independently and prioritize daily work
  • Need to be able to handle a fast-paced and demanding environment
