Client Support Specialist

Job Description: CRG is searching for two Client Support Specialists for one of our clients within the medical industry located in South Charlotte. This innovative company offers a great culture and growth opportunity.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:30

Pay: $42,000- $45,000 salary to start - opportunity for this to transition into a Senior role at $60,000

Summary:

  • Perform client relations, answering incoming calls and determining how to assist them their concerns
  • Work out of an online ticket queue to monitor and ensure that all issues are resolved
  • Escalates urgent problems that require high level technical support to the appropriate internal resources
  • Documents account deliverables and client-request requirements in Statements of Work
  • Troubleshoot and documents software and setup errors for technical support agents and software engineers

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of office/professional experience, required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, required
  • Experience working in the medical industry as in customer service/billing (having used medical billing software), highly preferred
  • Ability to navigate complex software systems, required
