A CRG client in the Charlotte area is looking for an Agile Product Owner to join their growing team.
 

Job Description

• Agile Product Owner of a network automation software for a large customer
• Work with customer to understand current business process to deploy/manage network infrastructure to identify automation opportunity and create a high-level automation solution
• Write a document that details the requirement and software specification of solution to be developed.
• Translate routing, switching, data center, WAN, DMZ network solution to information that software developers can understand
• Responsible for creating/maintaining backlogs and their prioritization in the scrum team
• Guide our developers and scrum master by participating in Agile ritual to maximize the value of the product being created
• Attend demo and provide demo to stakeholders, close the feedback loop and improve the automation solution accordingly

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise on network technology solution.
• Routing and Switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS, MPLS, IP Multicast, Vlan, Trunking, DHCP, QoS, AAA, vPC, DNS, etc.
• Security Solution such as Firewall, IPS, Access Control List
• Experiences working on Cisco router and switch platforms
• Experiences working on Juniper Firewall, Fortinet is a plus.
• Experiences on deploying and managing network solution in a large Enterprise network is a must.
• Strong network automation solution and relevant software development skills
• Software Defined Network solution, NETCONF, Yang
• Experiences on software development language such as Python, Java is a plus.
• Experiences on REST API development and consumption, JSON, XML is a plus.
• Experiences working on Network Service Orchestrator (NSO)
• Experiences working on Cisco Business Process Automation (BPA) is a plus.
• Experiences on Cisco ACI, APIC-EM, SDWAN Viptela solution is a plus
• Strong communication skills. Able to steer the discussion and guide the team to develop consensus in the decision.
• Some software development skills and experiences are a plus.
• Experiences working in Agile team as a product owner.
• Experiences with git and CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkin is a plus.
• Experiences with software and network infrastructure testing and tools. Automated Test Solution is a plus.
