EPM Administrator Summary


In this role you will assist in four main functional areas: (1) EPM Application administration especially around the HFM and FDM applications, (2) Environment and application enhancement and development, (3) support in meta data change production administration and data integrity, and (4) projects assigned to enhance the Company’s close, controls and reporting processes.


EPM Administrator Responsibilities:

  • You will perform application administration activities to support the Oracle HFM environment cubes and ensure a highly functioning application
  • You will support meta data changes within the EPM environment for HFM to ensure harmony among various EPM applications
  • You will create, enhance and maintain HFM reports in Smart View and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR)
  • You will develop and Test environment and application enhancements and support testing in other areas of the EPM suite
  • You will create and maintain user logins and security for HFM within a SOX controlled environment
  • You will create, maintain, and update system documentation, operating procedures and training materials and perform ad-hoc training of users
  • You will provide production support during the month-end and quarter-end reporting process by working directly with the consolidations, external reporting and segment businesses
  • You will support data mappings from SAP, Oracle 11i and R12, and other source systems; Maintain and enhance existing FDMEE mappings

EPM Administrator Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Ability and willingness for occasional travel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or IT
  • 5+ years of Oracle EPM (HFM and FDM) experience, preferably with a U.S. headquartered multi-national company
  • Experience with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with MS Excel, Smart View and HFR
  • Strong communication and organization skills are required. The individual must be able to interact well with personnel in other departments and locations at all levels throughout the organization to communicate and complete reporting requirements
