SAP S/4 OpenText Analyst

Location: Remote with Charlotte, NC candidates preferred 
Duration: 6-month contract to hire
Compensation: $55-65/hour W2, $110-120,000 upon conversion

As a SAP S/4 OpenText Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping, supporting, and optimizing our client's financial process automation, ensuring our organization remains agile, efficient, and future-ready.

This is a critical role within a fast-paced environment, where your expertise will directly impact our client's ability to streamline invoice management and document workflows using SAP S/4 HANA and OpenText VIM. 

What You Will Do

• Lead the planning, design, support, and rollout of SAP S/4 HANA initiatives, focusing on VIM, ICC/BCC, and Archive Center modules.
• Support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of OpenText VIM, including customization, workflow design, and complex invoice approval processes.
• Configure and present VIM workflows, including process type determination and custom reporting, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Facilitate training sessions to increase invoice matching recognition and adoption of OpenText solutions.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical and functional specifications, and maintain process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, quality, and performance of SAP solutions.
• Assist in defining testing strategies and support user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and ongoing system support.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP functional consultant, including configuration and support.
• 2-3 years of SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience, specifically in vendor invoice management with OpenText VIM.
• Experience working within an SAP Fiori environment with native OpenText VIM applications.
• Strong understanding of SAP AP processes and EDI.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP ICC/BCC (Invoice/Business Capture Center).
• Knowledge of OpenText Archiving and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Prior involvement in multiple SAP VIM projects.
