Inventory Coordinator

Opportunity: Contract through end of the year (possible extension)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm (remote on Fridays)
Payrate: $23/hour
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, track orders and deliveries.
- Partner with MnR team for the regular inventory process, quarter end, audits, and physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Record inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies in inventory levels.
- Responsible for all purchasing and inventory transactions in Oracle.
- Document and record all transactions to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory reports.
- Collaborate with MnR and Corporate Procurement team.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage order schedules and deliveries.
- Oversee the receipt of goods and accurate record keeping.
- Responsible for reviewing invoices for discrepancies and resolving them.
- Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and recommend improvements to optimize inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management or logistics
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using excel to analyze data (above average user)
