Position Summary
A leading furniture company is seeking a Client Services Representative & Project Support professional to support residential client service, order administration, and hospitality projects.
This position will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, product inquiries, samples, shipping updates, and order follow-up. The role also provides day-to-day administrative and project support to the hospitality team.

Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and research product, pricing, and order-related questions
Coordinate communication between clients, internal departments, vendors, logistics partners, and international teams
Enter quote requests and sales orders into the ERP system
Verify product details, quantities, finishes, pricing, client information, and supporting documentation for accuracy
Prepare deposit and balance invoices and vendor purchase orders
Maintain organized digital files, correspondence, and order documentation
Track outstanding information, approvals, materials, and next steps for active orders
Provide clients with accurate production and shipping updates and communicate delays or discrepancies
Coordinate fabric, finish sample, and other product sample requests and shipments
Assist with shipping documentation, including bills of lading
Maintain finish sample inventory and related records
Document customer service issues and claims, gather supporting information, and track issues through resolution
Provide administrative and project support to the hospitality team as needed
Collaborate across departments to help ensure orders and client requests are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications
Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service, order entry, sales support, administrative support, or a related role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with Excel used regularly in this position
Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional email etiquette
Ability to learn new procedures and systems using established training materials and resources
Degree or coursework in business, international business, interior design, supply chain, or a related field
Previous exposure to the furniture, interior design, showroom, residential design, or hospitality industries
Experience working with quotations, sales orders, invoices, or purchase orders
Familiarity with ERP or order-management systems
Experience supporting designer, trade, or business-to-business customer accounts
Familiarity with furniture materials, finishes, upholstery, specifications, or shop drawings
Interest in developing long-term skills in client services, operations, or project management
Prior experience with the company's specific ERP system is not required. Training materials and established procedures will be provided.
