Customer Service Representative

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76131
Pay/Compensation: $22.75/hour
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | 2:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Schedule Note: 4-day work week

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service and logistics operations. This position will serve as a key point of contact for customers and business partners while assisting with delivery-related questions, order changes, shipment monitoring, and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience working within a Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as Blue Yonder, SAP, or Red Prairie. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support to customers and business partners via phone and email.
  • Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions or next steps.
  • Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress to identify potential delays or service issues.
  • Communicate delivery and shipment updates to customers and internal business partners as needed.
  • Scan haul-away pods and verify associated documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process delivery order changes, updates, and cancellations within applicable systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order updates, and delivery-related activity.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve customer, shipment, and delivery issues.
  • Manage multiple customer requests and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as SAP, Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, or a similar platform.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot customer and operational issues.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of customer service, call center, or related experience.
  • Previous experience supporting customers within a logistics, distribution, transportation, or warehouse environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work the required Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday schedule from 2:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
  • Must successfully complete a 10-panel urine drug screen.
