Senior CRM Systems Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 3-month Contract (may have potential to extend)
Compensation: $80/hour W2 

Are you a highly skilled Salesforce expert with a passion for optimizing customer relationship management systems? Our client is seeking a Senior CRM Systems Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing their Salesforce environment, supporting innovative integrations, and driving strategic solutions that elevate sales and marketing efforts. This remote opportunity offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and a dynamic team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of CRM excellence.

In this key role, you will be actively involved in managing Salesforce integrations, including Single Sign-On, Data Lake, and Einstein Activity Capture, while collaborating with a team of talented professionals to ensure seamless platform performance. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels and help shape the platform’s future. 

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience with multiple Salesforce products, including SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, MarketingCloud, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, and MuleSoft.
  • Strong proficiency in developing custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, and Force.com.
  • Proven Salesforce Administration expertise, especially within Sales Cloud, with a track record of managing system configurations, process automations, and data integrity.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations such as Single Sign-On (Ms Entra), Data Lake (SnowFlake), Data Cloud, and Tableau.
  • Ability to translate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong troubleshooting, data management, and BAU support skills.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (minimum of three), including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I/IIB.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working with Marketing Automation systems, especially Pardot (MCAE).
  • Familiarity with external Managed Packages or Apps related to Sales and Marketing, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Medallia, Backstory, or Gong.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint-based development processes.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Several years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, with a focus on sales and marketing solution architecture.
