PRODUCT MANAGER Seeking an experienced Product Manager to help build and lead a newly defined upstream Product Management function within Engineering & Product Development.
This is a unique opportunity for a product leader who understands that great products start with great discovery. You will own the front end of the NPD process—translating market intelligence, consumer insights, competitive analysis, and business strategy into clear product direction that enables Engineering to execute with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer activities
Develop product briefs, business cases, cost models, pricing strategies, and commercial requirements
Manage the product pipeline across 12-, 18-, and 24-month development horizons
Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Product Implementation
Develop go-to-market strategies and commercialization plans
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, OEM customers, and industry partners
Analyze post-launch performance, consumer feedback, warranty data, and competitive activity to drive future product development
What We're Looking For
5+ years of Product Management experience with physical consumer products
Experience taking products from concept through commercial launch using a structured NPD/stage-gate process
Strong analytical, financial modeling, market research, and competitive assessment skills
Experience establishing cost targets and pricing strategies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate market intelligence into actionable direction for Engineering
RV, automotive, marine, or related aftermarket experience strongly preferred
