What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven project management experience leading enterprise software or financial system implementations
- Solid SAP Concur implementation background
- Strong track record managing cross-functional, global projects with multiple workstreams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Accounting knowledge with an understanding of General Ledger concepts
- Experience coordinating ERP or financial system integrations
- Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and vendors effectively
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion environments
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- Demonstrated success in delivering ERP, travel & expense, procurement, or workflow automation projects
- 5+ years of project management experience in a similar capacity
