Customer Service Representative (Inventory) – Fort Worth, TX
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76131
Pay: $22.25/hour
Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday | 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor delivery routes and provide shipment updates
- Process order changes and cancellations
- Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation
- Support outbound warehouse operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, warehouse, or logistics environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required
- Blue Yonder experience is a plus
- Shipping and Receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information:
- Interviews are conducted Monday–Thursday between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM
- Candidates must pass a background check and a 10-panel urine drug screen
- This role supports outbound warehouse operations.
