Customer Service Representative (Inventory) – Fort Worth, TX

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76131
Pay: $22.25/hour
Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday | 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor delivery routes and provide shipment updates
  • Process order changes and cancellations
  • Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation
  • Support outbound warehouse operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, warehouse, or logistics environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required
  • Blue Yonder experience is a plus
  • Shipping and Receiving or warehouse experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

  • Interviews are conducted Monday–Thursday between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM
  • Candidates must pass a background check and a 10-panel urine drug screen
  • This role supports outbound warehouse operations.
