Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid)
Duration: 6+ month contract
Compensation: $30.00 Hourly

This role will work within a case management environment to ensure accurate documentation, timely issue escalation, and effective tracking of risk-related matters.

This role will work within a case management environment to ensure accurate documentation, timely issue escalation, and effective tracking of risk-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate incoming cases to identify potential risks, compliance concerns, or operational issues.
- Assess risk factors and flag matters requiring further investigation or escalation.
- Maintain and update records within the case management system (Speak Up or similar platform).
- Add, update, and manage user and case information within internal systems.
- Generate reports and provide analysis related to case activity, risk trends, and operational metrics.
- Monitor case progress and ensure accurate documentation throughout the case lifecycle.
- Support ad hoc requests, research, and operational initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of cases and compliance with established procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a Business Analyst, Risk Analyst, Compliance Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience working with case management systems is preferred.
