Customer Service Representative
Location: Grapevine, TX 76051
Duration: 16-week contract, contract to hire
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative plays an important role in making sure customers receive excellent service. In this role, you will communicate with customers, business partners, and drivers to resolve issues, provide updates, and help ensure deliveries run smoothly. This position is best suited for someone who can multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally
- Identify problems and work toward timely solutions
- Monitor delivery routes and provide status updates
- Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
- Process order changes, updates, or cancellations
Qualifications
Required:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet customer expectations
