AV Engineer (Microsoft Teams Rooms)

Location: Salisbury, NC (Monday–Thursday onsite)

Duration: 1 year contract (conversion is the long-term goal)

Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; may require some schedule flexibility

Compensation: $40-$45/hour W2

We are hiring an AV Engineer to join our client's team of engineers supporting enterprise AV environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and executive-facing support!

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day AV support and incident response

• Supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, including:

  • Room incidents and user requests

  • Live support for meetings and executive sessions

  • Complex AV setups for events

• Executive and C-suite AV support

• Hands on support during upgrades and refresh projects

• Partnering with leadership and remaining composed in high visibility situations

Required Experience

• 5+ years of AV engineering experience, with strong Microsoft Teams Rooms background

• Confident supporting executives and highly visible stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with hardware such as:

  • Neat MTR Devices

  • Logitech

  • Crestron

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Calm, composed, and professional under pressure
