Tagging Manager

Pay: $75-80/hour W2

This position is tasked with leading the development and implementation of Enterprise web and app analytics for our client’s banners. This includes managing and implementing new ideas for building the reporting solutions that will drive the success of our integrated digital portfolio, including web, app, digital coupons and other digital programs. This position will drive results through compelling thought leadership within the company.
This individual will be expert in current and trending web and mobile technology, data schema and integrations. They will both devise recommendations and manage/implement changes that maximize the performance of digital analytics data sets to empower our analysts. This person should be knowledgeable and keep pace with digital measurement and technology to drive business decisions and lead long term strategy. This person should be knowledgeable and keeps on pace with industry best practices for digital measurement & analysis methodologies to oversee evolution within the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure site data is accurately flowing into our site analytics tools and connected appropriately by managing the tagging and engineering teams
- Strategize business driving integrations with site analytics and Big Query databases to enable both accuracy and speed to insights
- Surface recommendations then manage implementation around best in class site and app data strategies, technologies and management
- Ensure digital analytics compliance with our client’s strategies
- Provide valuable insights in conjunction with reporting to progress digital engagement with customers across all our client’s brands
- Communicate and present to executive teams and management on project development, timelines, results, and forecasts
- Generate thought leadership and actionable insights, to act as a trusted consultant with Brand Loyalty and Digital leads to grow the size and participation of social media from the ground-up
QUALIFICATIONS
- Subject Matter Expert in site analytics technologies (big query, azure, databricks, google analytics, adobe analytics, sdk implementation, server side pixel/tagging)
- Expert in large scale websites/big data associated with site/app
- Expert in technical aspects of web/app set up and engineering
- Prior web/app analytics in both set up and analysis with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
