Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76131
Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Contract Length: April 14, 2026 – July 12, 2026, contract to full time conversion 
Pay Rate: $21.25/hour
Onboarding Requirement: Background check and 10-panel urine drug screen

Description
What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Monitor delivery route progress and provide updates as needed
  • Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation/stamps
  • Process delivery order changes, updates, or cancellations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure while delivering high-quality customer solutions
