Customer Service Representative
CRG has partnered with a well-established marketing services company in Greensboro, NC. For over 30 years, this organization has supported large manufacturers by enhancing their sales and marketing initiatives. Their services include database management, direct mail campaigns, CRM development, and call center support.
They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $15/hour
Location: Greensboro, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday (plus 1 required Saturday per month)
Hours: Flexible shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in client products and services to effectively support customer needs
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve customer inquiries by identifying issues, troubleshooting, and providing accurate solutions in line with company policies
- Maintain and update CRM systems, including documenting customer interactions and processing warranty replacement requests
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
- Meet performance metrics including quality standards, call handling time, attendance, and punctuality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and French (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Candidates with experience in retail or food service are encouraged to apply
