Location: Remote. Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm ET
Duration: 10.5-month contract
Pay: $60/hour w2

This temporary role will be responsible for driving the Reporting/Data Analytics piece for UKG Pro WFM project along with their IT counterpart. As a member of the global Product team, the Business Analyst ensures that we maximize business value from our global products and platforms, using the reporting features to maximize utility using UKG Pro WFM and Snowflake.
The role will report to the Global Product Owner Time & Attendance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Requirements gathering of existing database reports in place and determine where the reports belong in new landscape (UKG Pro WFM, Power BI or Snowflake).
- Assist with the implementation and test of the new technology (UKG Pro WFM and reporting tools).
- Document of the report library with requirements and process flow diagrams.
- Provide data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend process improvements for reports within the new global Pro WFM solution, as well as Snowflake and Power BI.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT to ensure that everyone is aligned with new approach.
- Assist with requirement gathering for configuration of the new time and attendance system – UKG Pro WFM.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance processes and systems, ideally of UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM).
- Experience in Agile Project Management.
- Experience in cross country, regional and cultural transformation programs.
- Ability to use and apply key project technologies and planning Tools (e.g Excel, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Project etc).
- Certification (optional but preferred): UKG Pro WFM and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across diverse regions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent planning skills.
