Location: Garland, Texas 75042 Duration: 3.5 months, contract Shift Details: Tuesday - Saturday (Open Monday at least twice during the season) / Rotating Shift / 5a-7p w/ no more than 8-9.5 hours per day Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

This is a seasonal role with the potential to become a permanent member after 90 days. Candidate will need to be punctual, professional, dependable, and reliable. This candidate will also need to meet the following criteria:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with members, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers during every step of their experience.
This role is currently a seasonal position, beginning on or about October 1st, with the opportunity to become full-time in January 2025. The ideal candidate is expected to be a valuable contributor to a team that strives for excellence daily. RESPONSIBILITIES
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle member complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Assist with check-in during loadout and driver returns
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
QUALIFICATIONS
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
It’d be great if you also have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
