RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing.
Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs.
Develops conversion and system implementation plans.
Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation.
Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of software development experience, preferably with financial reconciliation systems
Understand Banking Compliance-PCI Compliance knowledge is a must have
1–3 years of hands-on experience with ReconNet or similar reconciliation tools (e.g., IntelliMatch, BlackLine)
Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and MVC for developing scalable applications.
Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORMs like Entity Framework.
TOOLS
Version control using Git and GitHub for code management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence for sprint-based development.
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform for deployment and management.
Batch processing: designing, creating, and maintaining efficient batch jobs.
Proficiency in Bash scripting (Linux) and Windows scripting for automation.
Strong RDBMS skills, particularly with SQL for querying and data management.
Experience with Control-M in mainframe and distributed environments for job scheduling.
Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) for SaaS authentication and access control.
Familiarity with tools for automated file transfers.
