They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers, business partners, and drivers. This role involves assisting customers and business partners via telephone and email, handle complaints professionally, diagnose and resolve issues, monitor delivery route progress, scan haul-away pods for verification, and process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Opportunity: 27-week contract
Compensation: $15-$16/hour
Schedule: Monday – Saturday 10:00am -7:00pm
(Off Sunday and one other day during the week)
