Location: Charlotte, NC hybrid (2 days onsite)

Compensation: $50.00+ hourly

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Flutter Developer with expertise in building complex mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Flutter and extensive experience with large-scale Flutter projects. • Proven Expertise in Flutter: Demonstrated ability to architect, build, and optimize large-scale applications using Flutter for mobile, web and desktop platforms.
• Cross-Platform Mastery: Advanced skills in developing Flutter applications that work seamlessly across any platform and device.
• Large Project Experience: Track record of contributing to or leading substantial Flutter projects with complex architectures and significant user bases.
• Performance Optimization: A talent for optimizing Flutter app performance, ensuring smooth experiences across various devices and platforms.: Strong grasp of state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
• Commitment to Accessibility: Experience in implementing accessibility features in Flutter apps to ensure inclusivity for all users.
• Additional Skills: Experience in Angular applications integrating with Java/J2EE will be addons.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Complex Flutter Applications: Architect, build, and maintain large-scale Flutter applications for mobile, desktop and web platforms, focusing on creative tools.
• Optimize Application Performance: Implement advanced techniques to ensure smooth, responsive user experiences across various devices and platforms.
• Implement Sophisticated UI Features: Design and develop intuitive, artist-friendly interfaces and interactive elements that enhance creativity and productivity.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with UX designers, AI researchers, and product managers to create robust Flutter solutions.
• Implement Comprehensive Testing: Establish and maintain thorough testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability in Flutter projects.
• Integrate User Feedback: Analyze and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the functionality and user experience of Flutter applications.
• Maintain Code Quality: Ensure high standards of code quality, including writing clean, maintainable Dart code and conducting regular code reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. We value skills and experience over formal education.
• Flutter Expertise: Extensive experience (3+ years) in developing complex, production-ready applications using Flutter for both mobile and web platforms.
• Large-Scale Project Experience: Demonstrated experience working on large Flutter projects with complex architectures, serving significant user bases.
• Cross-Platform Development: Proven track record in creating Flutter applications that work seamlessly across multiple platforms and devices.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter projects.
• User-Centric Approach: A commitment to user-centric design and development, with experience in gathering and integrating diverse user feedback.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a distributed, team-oriented environment.
