Senior Catering Director 

Location: Texas 
Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 
Other Compensation: Annual Incentive Bonus, Relocation Assistance, & Sign-on Bonus 

Job Summary: CRG is seeking a talented Senior Catering Director to oversee all aspects of catering operations, from day-to-day activities to extraordinary event concepts. You will ensure each event meets impeccable quality standards and exceeds client expectations, all while mentoring and inspiring a talented catering team. This position offers a unique opportunity to elevate campus dining through creative and high-quality catering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance catering operations and drive revenue growth. 
•    Manage all aspects of catering functions, including labor and food cost control, event setup, and seamless execution. 
•    Build strong client relationships and foster customer loyalty through outstanding service. 
•    Lead, train, and schedule the catering team, focusing on professional development, service excellence, and creativity in menu presentation. 

Qualifications:
•    High volume catering leadership experience required. 
•    3+ years of foodservice management experience preferred. 
•    Strong leadership and communication skills. 
•    Ability to successfully execute with minimal supervision, and accomplish tasks without direct instruction, and problem solve for the best solutions. 
•    Associates degree preferred. 
•    Experience managing cost controls, inventory, and financial performance.
•    Ability to engage with students and staff, fostering a positive dining culture.
