Treasury Analyst II
Our Florida-based client, a publicly traded designer, manufacturer, and distributor of interior and exterior doors for residential and commercial builders, has been going strong for almost 100 years. With 15,000 employees, the company produces over 100,000 doors a day, which it sells to around 8,000 customers in 60 countries. The organization has won several prestigious awards for its products. With stability and growth top of mind, it has completed a recent acquisition and is continuously expanding its North American Footprint. Opportunity: Contract (1 year)
Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (onsite)
Compensation: $40-$45/hour

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships within the Treasury organization, cross-functionally, and with key internal and external stakeholders; ensure effective contact to remain aligned with functional objectives.
  • Understand the strategic direction of the company’s businesses and execute functional strategies to support and enhance business results; be knowledgeable of the project work that supports this direction and implications to the business.
  • Understands the relationships with our customers and understands what it takes to ensure their success.
  • Coach and support the other Treasury Analysts - Cash Management on the daily cash management activities, while acting as the primary approver.
  • Drive daily efficiencies from both a cost and time standpoint and ensure compliance with required internal controls and policies.
  • Manage the cash flow forecasting for the North American Region including providing consistent visibility to senior leaders.
  • Support the other Treasury Analysts – Cash Management in monthly close activities.
  • Lead special projects that support the long-term strategic goals of the department.
  • Consistently work with our banking partners to ideate on potential efficiency improvements.
  • Drive cost reduction in the operational activities by collaborating with our shared service team and bank partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness, value, and perception of the cash management organization.
  • Provide impactful peer-to-peer leadership to other analysts on the team, contributing to their development.
  • Assist in building the Treasury talent pipeline, by developing the Treasury Analysts - Cash Management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business-related field
  • 5+ years Finance, Accounting, Treasury or Banking experience required
  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP system
  • Experience in a multi-national corporation in a corporate setting preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements
  • Cash management or cash positioning experience
