Senior Sales Account Executive | Commercial HVAC 
Summary: As the Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development and building lasting relationships in the commercial and industrial HVAC space. As a key player in the Company’s growing team, you will work directly with clients to identify and fulfill MEP service, maintenance, and retrofit needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of direct-to-owner sales in the MEP industry, a competitive mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit. 

Compensation: Competitive base salary up to $150,000 (DOE) + uncapped, performance-based commission

Responsibilities:
•    Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive organic growth and achieve revenue objectives. 
•    Manage new business opportunities within owner-direct service, preventative maintenance, and retrofit construction projects. 
•    Master the Company’s unique value propositions and deliver a targeted sales strategy to maximize opportunities. 
•    Manage all customer interactions, project timelines, and feedback to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. 
•    Lead RFP responses and negotiations to secure new projects. 
•    Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations. 
•    Drive new business through 50%+ travel for client visits, trade shows, and industry events. 
•    Influence customer decisions, clearly demonstrating the financial and non-financial impact of solutions. 
•    Proactively engage with clients to identify new opportunities and maintain regular communication. 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. 
•    5+ years of proven sales success in the MEP, industrial, or construction sectors. 
•    Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills. 
•    Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
•    Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.  
•    Strong presentation skills and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
