Senior Sales Executive | Commercial HVAC – New Construction  
Summary: As the Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business development for the Company. This role focuses on attracting new clients, establishing long-term relationships, and growing the company’s presence in the MEP new construction, maintenance, and service contract markets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive “hunter” with a track records of success in MEP sales and a competitive, entrepreneurial mindset. 

Compensation: Competitive base salary up to $150,000 (DOE) + uncapped, performance-based commission

Responsibilities:
•    Drive new business by identifying and engaging with potential clients, building long-term relationships, and securing maintenance/service contracts. 
•    Manage accounts across the spectrum, ensuring clients receive exceptional service from all MEP departments, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. 
•    Develop targeted sales strategies to capitalize on the Company’s points of differentiation, deliver RFP proposals, and drive project wins. 
•    Establish strong relationships with key business leaders, influence decisions, and ensure clients receive solutions tailored to their needs. 
•    Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for business growth. 
•    Travel up to 50%, visiting clients, attending trade shows, and networking events to expand relationships and market presence. 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. 
•    3+ years of successful sales experience within the Industrial, Construction, or MEP sectors. 
•    Proven track record in securing maintenance/service contracts and driving business growth. 
•    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
•    Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. 
•    Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
•    Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
