Duration: 9 months, contract
Pay: $60-70/hour W2

This is a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager role who will support several high priority initiatives. Requires a seasoned, professional, and experienced scrum master with deep agile expertise as well as strong experience with waterfall project management who has proven success

QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep knowledge and experience across agile practices
- Standing up new teams through "sprint 0" activities
- Leading efforts in support of Product Management to develop the product roadmap in alignment with the team's backlog
- Understanding of both Scrum and Kanban team models
- All scrum ceremonies and practices
- Leading teams consisting of both internal team members and external vendors
- Proven experience measuring and leading teams to improve delivery predictability
- Proven ability to assess teams’ maturity through retrospectives, metrics, and observations, and experience developing and executing a coaching plan to drive continuous improvements
- Experience providing coaching and training on targeted practices to enable improving a team's ways of working
- Experience working in a scaled agile environment (i.e. SAFe, or other scaling framework)
- Strong communication skills and relationship development
- Understanding of Waterfall Project Management, including strong issues, risk mgmt, cost mgmt, dependency mgmt, etc.
