Licensing Compliance Coordinator

Opportunity: Contract (1-2 months)
Location: Cranberry, Pennsylvania
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (HYBRID)
Payrate: $20-$25/hour
Responsibilities:
- Become knowledgeable in all licensing matters to effectively complete projects as assigned by manager.
- Respond to license-related inquiries and requests from Team Members in the field and/or corporate offices.
- Upload and update Business Licensing Database, including tracking deadlines for renewing existing licenses.
- Request payments for licensing applications as needed.
- Other duties as assigned to support the Licensing function and Subject Matter Experts assigned to licensing/compliance or other regulatory work
- Prepare licensing reports and assist with data collection for licensing work as directed.
- Write, create, maintain, organize files for all licensing matters, including formal legal files in company’s document retention system
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of administrative experience in a law firm or high-volume office setting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
