Location: Remote
Duration: 6-month contract with high likelihood of extension or conversion
Pay: $70+/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technology portfolio optimization, modernizing tech and apps in the system and remove old technologies (Agile Technology, Web sphere, Peoplesoft, etc.)
- Lead project or workstreams in modernizing technology workstreams and optimizing workflow
- Elicit requirements from business partners, work with finance, supply chain, user-facing and brand-facing partners to learn how they use tech and use that knowledge to create the right workstream
- Interacting with other development lead and team to lead workstream and close
- Lead and remediate chosen applications within the ecosystem (could be any domain).
- Remove, re-host, or re-platform application, as needed.
- 6+ years of experience with retail applications OR any application portfolio restoration.
- May require a bachelor's degree and experience in the field or in a related area.
- Excellent communication skills.
