Senior Manager, Carrier Operations

Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance carrier network through new and existing relationships.
- Negotiate carrier pricing and lane coverage.
- Manage carrier database within Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Support new client onboarding and carrier selection processes.
- Maintain carrier profiles, networking strategies, and vendor databases.
- Facilitate carrier claim administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or carrier procurement.
- Proficiency in TMS and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage and manipulate large datasets.
- Strong negotiation skills with knowledge of carrier contracts and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
