- Hours/Location:
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm - 100% remote
- Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures, taxonomy, metadata, data and knowledge standards
- Audit of current state knowledge management content
- Ensure accurate, consistent and easy to use content
- Utilize HTML coding to create content style and functionality
- Design user experience and develop business requirements to enhance knowledge management
- Identify special techniques to improve content templates, research and author style guides of knowledge management
- Moving content to new templates
- Minimal revisions, would like to have service now knowledge editor and HTML code
- Will not be creating content, just moving it
Qualifications:
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive audits of existing knowledge management content.
- Experienced in identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement within knowledge repositories.
- Proficient in HTML coding for creating content styles and functionality.
- Able to design and implement HTML-based content templates effectively.
- Fully Remote position, would prefer if they can work in EST time zone
